Scenes design
As to the scene design, I initially refer to the waste yard in reality and the dust heap in the film WALL·E. However, it will be outstanding to make the real waste yard full of metals and machines into 3D animation while it is ordinary to make it into 2D animation. Thus, I choose to deviate from the reality and create an obsolete, dreamlike and fanciful scene. I take an example by Antoni Gaudi i Cornet’s architectures and the obsolete amusement park, and bravely add the elements of sky wheel, cable car, whirligig and children’s slide with the supplement of big vacuum cube, aircraft wreckage, mechanical arms scaffold and other science fiction elements. This combination obtains accidental success.
